Arch Tech Engine: Transforming buildings, cities and geography into realtime 3D environments

Arch Tech Engine is a technology that transforms buildings, cities and geography into realtime 3D environments that are easily accessible, and can be embedded on your website, or deployed to a tablet. These interactive models can be geo-referenced to real-world coordinates, dynamically linked to databases, and layered with interactive content.

  1. Let me say wow! Perhaps Tipodean is a possible solution to get finally a complete tool of virtual worlds based in Unity3D. The results of this video are very nice, by experience I know that Unity 3D is very inexpensive about graphic gestion and a API based in Java and C#. Some friends tells me that a virtual world is possible with this popular -and free- game engine. The problem is that the MMO’s network is not good as native feature and is needed use Smartfox, Photon, etc.

Opensim is like a database, a blank notebook, you can create and delete, and a hundred of users can do the same simultaneously. Unity3D, for now, is like a classic MMO, the user have less interplay in the enviroment. But that’s for now if I’m not wrong.

I hope get a “demo” of this marvellous tool, because I have half project abandoned in Unity after six months of work!

    Kind regards!
