Saffia and Elrik meet long-time Dr Who enthusiast Sen Pixie during the 5th birthday celebration of House of Omega and see many of the necessities for any modern Time Lord or Lady. They are joined by Dr Who role players Oolon Sputnik and Terry Lightfoot at the great Council Chamber on the Doctor’s home planet.
